What can I expect at this Boot
Camp?
You can expect energetic,
fun, efficient workouts designed to burn fat and get you in shape. You
will also get nutrition guidance as well as social
support.
What if I'm not "in
shape"?
I run the boot camps so that
beginners and advanced athletes alike can enjoy the workouts and get
results. Simply do the best job you can do. I will offer substitution
exercises as well. I have trained people needing to just lose those
last 5 lbs as well as people needing to lose 65 lbs or
more.
What if I can't make it to all the
workouts?
I'll tell you what I tell my
clients. Any exercise is better than no
exercise! Make the most of it and try to attend all sessions! You can come to as many sessions as you want.
What should I
bring?
Here is what you will need:
- Good attitude
- Resistance Band (you can get these at Target, Walmart, etc., etc.)
- If you prefer, you can bring some water as well as an exercise mat (can be found at Target, Walmart, etc., etc. as well)
Where is
it?
Inside the gym at Allatoona high school, right up the street from 24/7 Freedom Fitness... the address is 3300 Dallas -Acworth Highway Acworth, GA 30101. Go up the stairs on the left side of the school (the football field side) and as soon as you go through the door, it will be on your left.
Do I have to be
a member of the gym to participate?
Not at all! Members and
non-members alike are welcome to join.
When is it and how long does it
last?
This 4-week boot camp starts Monday, June 6th at 6:45am. It will be on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45am to 7:15am through June 30th.
How soon will I see
results?
Everyone is different, but you can
see a difference in the mirror in as little as ONE week! I've had
clients that lost 1-2 sizes in just a month. It depends on your effort
level and nutrition habits.
